Celebrating 20 years of nurturing language, culture and future generations.

Commissioned by Singapore's Ministry of Education (MOE) for the Malay Language Learning and Promotion Committee (MLLPC), this commemorative film marks the committee's 20th anniversary under the theme 20 Tahun Menyemai Bahasa, Menuai Generasi.

Established in 2006, MLLPC has played an important role in encouraging the learning and appreciation of Malay language, literature and culture among students and the wider community.

The anniversary film brings together the committee's history, achievements and aspirations through a combination of archival photographs, event footage, leadership messages and animated visual storytelling.

Moot Studios handled the filming of the Chairman's address, video editing, motion graphics, animation and audio post-production. The film incorporates animated timelines, milestone sequences, archival photo treatments, typography and MLLPC's illustrated mascots, Arif and Suri.

Through a cohesive editorial and motion graphics treatment, the project transforms two decades of institutional history into an engaging commemorative film celebrating the people, programmes and communities behind MLLPC's journey.
